Here we are writing the first post of 2014 from Thessaloniki.
It is almost a tradition visiting my birth town during New Year's celebration.It is an alive and vivid city.
We had an amazing time all around the city center , the smoke you see in some photos it is not from a heat source or something , it is just handmade barbecues from the shops' owners serving meat and souvlaki for free to the people. Free food and free red wine for the new year to come.
The night fell and we were still outside , still having fun listening to the music that was coming from everywhere until we were so exhausted we decided to take the long way home.
