Plywood was THE material during the fifties , cheap and easy to work with, everyone had a piece of plywood furniture during those days. Later, much later, we lived an exorcist and plywood was condemned to burn in the name of more eco-conscious materials.
Anyway, life makes circles, design also, so lately we find more and more designers and companies who create adorable pieces with plywood.
My inspiration for this post was the Melbourne home of architect Clare Cousins who created such a beautiful space!
