I went to this exhibition a few months ago and i have been
smitten from the power of these photos ever since.
The exhibition's title was:
Constantine Manos
A Greek portfolio
50 years later
Mr Manos '' invited '' us to travel through his photos
to remote villages and islands of Greece during the
nineteen sixties.
His photos crystalized every day moments , customs ,
habits , celebrations in a way we could understand what
has been changed and what it is still the same.
The faces , the symbols , the signs of time are very
strong everywhere.
These are only three of the hundreds of the photographs
been exhibited.
